As long as she is feeding on F/T regularly, you should try a "take it or leave it" approach. If she doesn't want to eat it, she has to wait another x amount of days (however long your feeding gaps are). Also, regarding the way that she eats her food, although it's already been answered. I do not think that there is really anything to be concerned about, as long as she's eating it, it's fine. I usually use the hairdryer on the food first, then pin the neck down with the tongs and concentrate the hairdryer on the head. Usually helps mine to strike at the head.
