Uhhh, it's not possible to tell without knowing weights and ages.
The male at 400 grams could be ready to go if he's producing sperm plugs and is eating well. Have someone pop him if you don't know how, and see if he's got sperm plugs.
Rule of thumb for females is 1500+ grams in weight, and 2 years of age.
