Is there a place/site to determine this location definitively based upon origin and destination? If not, how do you recommend doing so?

Unfortunately no, I've had stuff from CA come in to me through both Lexington, KY and Chicago, IL based on FedEx's workload that day.

Also the NE is getting hammered by a blizzard today through tomorrow which will have a nationwide ripple effect on shipping.
