No, not necessarily yet if she has already taken frozen thawed. I would make sure the prey item is a good temp so she can sense it's heat. You can also use your tongs or hemostats to kind of make it "dance" in front if the snake. A lot of people do this with f/t to get the snake interested. Use the temp gun when you thaw the mouse and read it's temp. I believe it should be at least 100f but I'm not 100% because I feed live. Also, since you are feeding f/t, hoe long are you leaving food in there before removing it if she doesn't want it?
