41 would be appropriate for an adult ball or a medium size boa but not for either below a certain weight. A 32 would be appropriate for a medium size ball or a small boa but not for an adult of either. Neither of these would be appropriate for a juvenile.

So... you need to give some more information about what you have and what you plan to buy. I personally like the animal plastics racks that accept both 15qt and 32qt tubs. This would get you from baby to decent size with both species before needing a bigger rack for the larger individuals.
