    Personally I would skip both of the 2 you listed unless you get them cheap. For probably the same price you should check out PVC cages as they are going to hold humidity and heat a lot easier. Check out Animal Plastics, Constrictors NW, Boaphile, Showcase cages, Vision cages to name a few. Also for size, either of those 2 sizes will work as males don't get as big as females. Height though, I wouldn't go 24 inches high as you gotta remember, you will need to heat that cage. Most common heights for BP cages are 12-18 inches. Also PVC cages are going to be lighter, more durable and easier to clean.

    As for your answer between the 2 cages, I have experience with neither for the reasons listed above. I use a Pro-Line(Constrictors NW) cage for my red tail boa and will either be picking up an Animal Plastics T8 or T10 or another Pro-Line cage for my bp when she gets older as the 36x18x12 tank I got her in now is big enough and I got it set up perfect for humidity and temps.
