    Husbandry good?

Found this questionnaire, just checking if you guys think my husbandry is good or if there is anything I should change.
    1. How long have you had your ball python?
    6 weeks

    2. How old (or how big) is your snake?
About 4 months old, 18" long, and 74 grams.

    3. Does it eat on a regular schedule?
    Yes.

    4. How long since its last meal?
    6 days.

    5. What type/size prey is being offered?
F/T hopper mice, usually between 8-12 grams.

    6. How often do you offer food?
    Every 5 days.

    7. What type and size of enclosure does it live in?
    A glass Exoterra 10 gallon.

    8. What are you using as substrate? If it has depth, how deep is it?
Repti bark. About three inches, less where the heating pad is.

    9. What type of heating do you use?
    UTH.

    10. Do you use a thermostat to control temperatures?
    I use a rheostat.

    11. What do you use to measure/monitor temperatures?
    I have a digital and analog thermometer/hygrometer.

    12. What are the surface and ambient temperatures in the enclosure?
Hot side is 90-93f, cool side 79-82f, and ambient is around 80f.

    13. What is the average humidity level?
    50%.

    14. How many and what type of hides does the snake have?
Two hides. One is a Exoterra snake cave and the other is a cave from petsmart, I don't know the brand.

    15. Is water readily available at all times?
    Yes.

    16. Does the snake live alone or does it share the enclosure with anything else?
    Alone.

    17. How often and for how long is the snake typically handled?
A few times a week,, anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour but no more than an hour. It depends on his mood I guess.

    18. Does the snake have any medical history (old injuries or illnesses)?
    No.

    19. Do you have any other reptiles? Have you brought in any new reptiles recently?
I have a few tree frogs. They have been here for a while.

    20. Is there anything specific or unique about your situation that we should be aware of? No.

Everything seems ok to me -check the temps under the substrate right on top of the UTH though as the snake can easily move it.
