    If you clutter up the cage enough, it should be fine. I put my pied girl in a 30 gallon(48x18x12) when she was about 9 weeks old and she was fine. Give them a few secure hides and don't bug them and they should be fine. I gave her 4 hides and she would come out at night and wreck everything and ate like a champ. Just got to be sure you get the temps right but with an AP cage, that should be no problem.
