Looks like you have the probe right on the heat tape. I cut a piece of the tub, usually a piece where the lid would snap shut and place the probe on it. This way the tub plastic is on the heat tape and the probe is recording the temp the plastic is getting. This should help stabilize the temps. You don't want to set thermostat to 102 degrees to get tubs to 90.
Thanks i never thought of that! So i would just set it to 91 and i will get like that? I ave an extra tub that is not in use should i put the probe in there? I know you arent supposed to because the snake can affect it but what if i didnt have a snake in it?
