Noob,
This is a lot of questions. Please don't take this as sarcasm because it is not. I mean this with the utmost sincerity. I understand your desire to get solid answers up front, but some of the experience is researching and learning with the wealth of information available in these threads. The "Search" function works well and there are sticky threads in many of the sub forums that have the answers you seek.
Even if you are getting a (ready to breed) female in a month, she should be quarentined for a minimum of 60 to 90 days. Some go longer yet. Then once you start pairing it could be easily 2 months or more before she ovulates. Once she goes, there is likely a minimum of 45 to 60 days before she would lay eggs. This gives you appoximately 8 months or more before you need an incubator that's ready. Relax and take a deep breath. Do some homework as you have time. Research and then come back with the questions you are truly unclear about and I'm certain many here will be happy to help, including myself.
Right now it's like you are asking how to rebuild an engine and you haven't bought a set of wrenches yet.
The most important thing is to make certain your hausbandry is adequate for the snakes you already have and your new female will have a place to be in quarentine until she is ready to be included with the others. The rest will follow. I look forward to seeing some of your threads in the future.
