Congrats on the beautiful new BP. If your temps and humidity are on point I'd say you have nothing to worry about. What are you using as a heat source? Is it controlled by a thermostat? Refusing a first meal on the 2nd day in a new environment isn't too uncommon. I'd offer food again in 5-7 days inside the enclosure. I also wouldn't handle the snake until it's eaten at least twice consecutively. Best wishes and keep us posted.
