    My Tub setups

Wanted to show my tubs for those who might want some visuals of a nice simple setup. I currently only have 8 snakes so I check and clean tubs in the morning and evening.

First I have my under 1000gram setup: Vision V28 Tub. Plastic hide. Water dish. Paper Towels. 11" flexxwatt under the back. Ambient temp is 84. Floor is 91 in the back 81 in the front. Humidity flux between 55-60.

Next I have my over 1000gram setup: Vision V70 Tub. Plastic hide. Water dish. Paper Towels. 11" flexxwatt under the back. Ambient temp is 84. Floor is 92 in the back and 80 in the front. Humidity flux between 55-60.

Nice tub setups. No need for cool side hides?

Nice and simple setups. I have the same hides and water bowls for my girls that are in tubs.

thanks! i do have cool side hides till they are about 500grams. There are a few reasons I dont after that. First my snakes are in their own quiet room where i control the light and heat, so there is no traffic in front of them. Second my rack is solid black on all sides of the tubs except the front, so the tub is kind of a hide in itself. Third when i did have cool hides i noticed that my snakes 99% of the time curled under the warm side all day and at night would cruize the tub. I almost never saw them under the cool hides so i decided more floor space for cruizing and eating was better in my situation.
