Even if you do recognize that there are in fact stuck eye caps, I strongly recommend you don't do anything to attempt to help "fix the problem" manually. As long as husbandry conditions are right, it will come off the next time the snake sheds. Just forget it - leave it alone. The eye cap won't hurt the eye of the snake, but you might.
