What was her humidity at the time she started shedding? Do you think it may be a kinda weird stuck shed? Like she started it but somehow the shed stuck. The thing that makes me say that is how you said she look wrinkly and dry. Once I had to wait until my snakes second to get a pieces that stuck under his chin even though his humidity was high that piece under his chin glued itself on somehow. This may be the same with you.
