She still looks the same this evening. The area is also kind of hard....
That still sounds like an Ovy even though it is not dramatic. I notice in the picture she is straightened out through the swelled area. Has she been keeping her body pretty straight through the swelled area the whole time? If so, that is another good sign that it is likely an Ovy.
