Yeah that should be fine, most of the time. The answer would highly depend on the reason he "upchucked"
Yes he should be just fine. If he does not want it he will refuse it. Just give him two days or so to digest it. With out any handling and he should keep it down.
What made him regurgitate? Or are you not sure?
