From what I understand so long as the snake isn't dropping a bunch of weight, it should be okay and no need to worry yet. Your next move should be to try and fix the computer to get at those records, and to weigh her to compare the current weight with the last time she ate. How old is she? Being off feed for an adult is less of a worry than for a baby or a young one if I am correct.
