Strange spot on albino ball pythons head!

Not to long ago my ball python had gotten this spot on her head. I don't know if it is an injury or scale-rot or something else. Any advice would be helpful.

Looks to me like a burn or scrape. She have anything sharp or really hot in her cage like access to a CHE? I would first find the cause and you could probably use something like Neosporin with no pain reliever, just plain old Neosporin. Put a dab on a q-tip and dab it on her head. Also looks like something a few inches down from her neck, the wrinkly skin or lifting scales?

She does have a little bit of she'd stuck to her so that all check that's on her neck. There is a chance she could have gotten too close to the heat lamp so I'll have to that. Thank you!
