Hello gameonpython I am a fairly new to the Snake world its been about a Year and one of my hardest tank to regulate is a ten gallon the magic happens when you get the 36 inch long Snake Habitat now you have the room to better adjust your temperature Ranges and this setup will need two Dome lamps or ceramic coil heaters and the most important thing to get along with the U/T heater is a Thermostat and This is my hands on experince my U/T/H is the Glass bottom was to hot for me to keep my hand on it I freaked out how could it be that hot ? If my baby snake would of burrowed her self it would of burned my snake don't be fooled by what the package says on these they really do need to be controlled..... and its a proven fact thst Ball-pythons like to lay on heat to help digest their food and another neat tool is a temperature gun then you can really tell what's going on in every part of the tank, At Petco. Com or Reptilebasics. Com the least expensive one is around 29.00 plus shipping and it works just fine. Also your cool side is a bit to cool you should bring that up in the lower 80s . I also suggest reading as Power
