    23 5/8" L x 16 3/8" W x 6 1/2" H

    Unfortunately I don't have any design plans per say.

    These are the pieces I would need to build a 10 high rack. I think? lol I suck at this.

    24"x17" x11
    72"x24" x2
    72"x18" x1

    Oh and I intend to use 1/2" xpvc
