    This is my Mexican Black Kingsnake Sasha Fierce. She's 20 months old and 555g.

    She was shy and flighty for the first 2 months but she's super sweet now. She never strikes, hisses, or rattles her tail. She normally a great eater too but has slowed down a little this winter. She eats 1-2 large or one jumbo mice every 7-10 days.

    sahweeeeet, I love a good L. g. nigritius I used to have some that I was breeding years ago but their temperaments were always so hit or miss. They were either really calm or really snappy.

    I want a lot of different snakes (who doesn't??), but this is the snake I've always lusted over... something about a completely black snake that I want, haha. She's gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.

    My Melanistic Garter is absolutely Jet Black and looks just like the MBK shown - plus every other MBK

    Just a lot smaller and not quite so "unpredictable" plus she eats worms / fish as well as mice of course
