Opinion's on Crossing Bumble Bee Het. Clown X Het. Caramel Albino ...

Am looking for input on Breeding my 1.0 Bumble Bee Het.Clown and a 0.1 Het. Caramel Albino that I have, I have been told it could be risky due to the genetic defaults on both sides ( spider corkscrew and Caramel Albinos kinking problems). However since the female is not a visual, just a normal Looking Het. I am curious on input from some of the guys and gals on here that have a more broad area of experience with breeding than myself .... I have no idea what lines the Caramel Albino is from ... I was told when I got her that she had been proven het twice but I have not proven her myself yet ... Been having a hard time finding a Caramel Albino male.

I would not do it simply because of the results, you are gonna get a bunch of spider, bees, pastels all ph clown and caramel which means they will be hard to sell, having very little value.

What I would do is sell the female het caramel and buy a proven het clown or proven clown (depends on your budget).

I have a Clown Pastel female that I have future plans for the Bumble Bee Het.Clown male, however she's just a baby only sittin at just under 300g so I have a good little wait before I can make that happen Also have a Pastel female to take him too, but she's sittin at a little over 1400g right now so I'm up in the air with that decision still

I agree with what Deborah said.

You could pair him to the pastel, but even then you'd end up with poss hets
    1.0 normal bp

while there is a market for caramels many have said they are getting harder and harder to sell. People don't want to deal with the sub-fertility issue or the kinking I guess. So with that said, I would say making pos hets not really something to strive for. I could see breeding to your pastel however. Sometimes het clown is more visual than some inc-dom morphs, so if that ends up being the case, you can hold them back and prove them out yourself.
