Dont worry yet. You will know if she has a RI. I have seen healthy pythons with a single bubble before, usually it is produced with a loud hiss, after a meal, just before a shed, or after a drink. Just watch her and listen for noise coming from her tub. As a precaution I would raise the temps a bit for a while.
