I've been debating between racks and enclosures... But with the dimensions you wrote, the tubs have more floor space. So between those two, personally, I'd pick the one with more floor space. Six inches doesn't SEEM like much, but that's 6in less of space for them to lay on. They spend 80+% of their lives in there(assuming you get them out periodically), I'd think every inch counts to them. I decided on "huge" tubs for my ball pythons for that exact reason.
