Feed day mistake
So I pull out some rats for feeding day then head out ice fishing. Bringing my hemostats with me because I couldn't find my needle nose... I just dropped them down the hole and have to go home and feed 18 hungry snakes by hand. Including my 8 foot boa. This should be fun

Or, since they're snakes, you can put it off for a few days or even week until you get new ones.

I say roll the dice on that 8 footer and feed by hand! It always exciting when I feed my 5 ft red tail boa by hand as she's like 5 feet of scaled death when it comes to feeding time

For the boa: open enclosure door, use gentle underhand throw to lob the f/t feeder so it lands about six inches in front of the snake's nose, and close the enclosure. Mine would probably snatch the feeder out of the air.
