I enjoyed this post, I can see you put a lot of effort into it. Unfortunately, I don't think that most reptile keepers put nearly as much effort into keeping their reptiles. If owners mist their reptiles to add humidity I'm ok with that - because at least they are adding moisture into the enclosure. More often than not, people don't even mist. The vast majority of keepers are aware of heating requirements, but not humidity.

That all being said, I did enjoy what you had to say. Thanks for the post. I look forward to reading everyone elses thoughts on this topic.
