Hey there I've kept and bred leos for over 6 yrs, maybe I can be of some help.
The eggs are much less likely to hatch if left in the enclosure, it's POSSIBLE but not as likely. The temps will fluctuate in the room and you'd have more success even if you took the eggs and put them in a seperate container in the enclosure. There are many ways to hatch them without an incubator if you don't have one. Best way I've found is in a container with a mix of vermiculite/perilite on a shelf in a warm closet or in a spare tank with a heat pad (all the while measuring the temps and humidity).
