Introducing Nugget

I finally got a good pic of my little Nugget. He is a very sweet, 5 mos old, spinner blast, male. I started feeding him in his viv last week and he seems to prefur it. He has becom more active and loves to climb and hide in his long silk vines. Last night he did something odd though, I offered him his warm thawed rat pup and he struck, constricted, but then he laid it on the floor of his viv and poked his nose at it like he was trying to decide if it was alive or not . After a minute he picked it up by the head and ate. then like usual he went in his warm hide to relax. For a minute he reminded me of a puppy poking a something he found but wasn't sure what to do about it. Here is a pic i took the day after he shed.

Beautiful! Prec does that with F/T. Sort of nudges it and flicks her tongue at it then eats it. She didn't bother to strike her F/T meal though. Smart girl, she was like "I know it's dead, not going to waste my energy " lol
