Don't be afraid to let him know and give him the chance to fix the issues, and prevent him from sending the racks in similar condition. The sooner you say something the better, otherwise it could mean he says well you've never said anything. It's hard when someone is really nice but your paying for his work and for that money you could have gotten really professions set ups elsewhere. Just my opinion

I agree.

He won't be able to know if you're unhappy unless you tell him.

My boyfriend wants to sell enclosures but I don't feel his quality is up to par to be selling for much. He's new at it, but still.

If I'm spending $$$, I expect quality.
