Humidity issues please help me out

I built a custom enclosure for my boa which is made of maple ply wood and the floor is also maple with a heat mat then I put a flame proof plastic material over that. I sealed the enclosure with water based polyurethane let it dry then caulk all the seams. The only opening besides the door is a small vent area that also has a red heat light in it my temps are good but humidity is only 33. What should I do.

I have used cypress a long time and have never had an issue but I use Forest Floor from the pet store. Its a bit more than that from a hardware but its clean and uniform in size.
