Would all the normal looking hatchlings be poss. double het albino pied?? There would be a 1/16 chance I hit the albino piebald and if I do get 1 or more I'd keep back on then breed back to be of the parents depending on gender.

Correct the normal looking offsprings would be considered Possible Double Hets and you would get 1/16 chance per egg to hatch an albino Pied.

Here is another route you can take get a female double het albino pied raise her up and in a year from now by a male albino het pied, might be a little more but it will increase your odds.
