    Hi.

    Being a double recessive, this being sort of a pain to breed and kind of uncommon, I feel like they're still quite pricy.

    The best way to get an idea of competitive pricing on the web is to go to Kingsnake.com > classifieds > ball pythons and then run a search looking for what you want, or simply browsing big lots for sale. I find this is almost always cheaper than breeder's websites, as the price is always changing as people attempt to undercut each other. That's how I get a vague idea of pricing. However, I've found many prices at reptile shows make Kingsnake look very expensive. I'd get an idea and then shop around and look at your options, especially with a snake as expensive yet as varying in quality as any sort of pied.
