I actually have 2 wrong gender stories from this year.
There was a local ad for a 2013 male fire and a 2013 female enchi fire. The price was awesome so I went to look at them. After seeing the enchi fire I had to have her. I didn't need the male as I had a super fire proven male and was getting a mojave cream male, but it was a pair deal. Ended up sexing her when I got home and she was a he. I text the guy and he ended up giving me all my money back and let me just keep the snakes. I ended up giving the male fire to someone at the local expo who bought my fire female I produced. Win win!
The second was with a leopard I bought. I bought a male for a killer price that was around 600 grams. Well he ended up being a she. Not too bad of a gender error, but I did have to change breeding plans since I was planning on using the leopard on some of my females. Oh well I'll just get her up and use her at a later time. Lol
I actually just ended up trading the male enchi fire to a local breeder that needed a male that was ready to breed for a nice banana female from a sub Saharan mother.
I guess not all gender errors can be negative.
