Re: What do you think?
As I said before he looks more cinnamon than black pastel but other than that he looks fine and healthy.

What pairing produced him?
I know what I think he is but I also know what you are listing him as.

It might be possible to find out but the guy I got him from did not produce him.
I have been fighting the urge to hold him but tonight I had to. He still hasn't eaten anything since I have got him but I couldn't fight the urge any longer but I did notice he has a RI so I will be calling my vet in the morning. Here's a shot with a better camera while he was out

Another one for dark cinnamon.
While there are ugly, low quality black pastels without the telltale squiggles within the alien heads, the snake's head almost always gives it away. (I say almost always, there are exceptions.) But, in general, a black pastel (even an ugly one) will have a defined post-ocular stripe, usually a defined pre-ocular/snout stripe, as well. Where as a cinnamon's head will usually be blurred, soft, hazy, and generally less defined. Like your boy's head.
Is that totally hard and fast? No. But the head, the look and color of the markings, and the undertones showing through in the last pic all say cinnamon to me. But that's just me.

Cinnamon.
Problem is is that people think cinnies and bp's are the same thing. They kind of are, but they do look slightly different. A bp should have squiggles in their alien heads and a cinny does not. Cinnies heads are more blurred/soft/fuzzy as stated by Alicia, whereas bp's are bold and darker.
