    Take the gauges to the trash, they are worthless. Go digital with a remote probe to monitor both sides of the tank. (also you want to know humidity and temp at snake level, on the ground. Both heat and humidity rise)
    Send the hides right behind them. You want hides small enough with a tight fit to your snake and only ONE opening.

    What is that under the right side of the tank?
    Are you venting for an UTH?
    Is there a thermostat attached to the UTH?
    What is the temperature of the glass the UTH is attached to?
