1) 98-105 is TOO hot! That could burn your snake. The hot side should be around 90-92... 95ish max.
2) Most people here (including myself) would tell you to never leave a live rodent inside a snake's enclosure unsupervised. Hopefully you were able to watch the snake and mouse together ALL day, otherwise you could be putting your snake at risk.
3) As Sammiebob suggested, leave your snake alone and untouched for at least a week to get settled before attempting to feed. Only perform basic husbandry tasks (changing water/substrate).
