    Re: First ball python.

    We were new snake owners when we got our hatchling ball in May, the breeder had literally just washed the goop off them. I chose her because she crawled straight into my hand while the others were all balled and ready to strike. I held her that day and every day since except for approx 48 hours after feeding (she comes out and asks to come out when she's done digesting) or if she is blue and/or shedding. Short sessions early on, now she just hangs out with me whenever she wants out
