All but one het popped out of the eggs

so I rinsed them off, put them into separate containers and started counting… I had 7 eggs, and saw 2 heads coming out of one of them (I saw it better than the pic, I saw 2 full heads coming out of one egg), so I should have 8 babies. I only had 7!! I’m tearing the house apart looking for it. I weighed them all, thinking that the twins should weigh significantly less. They all weighed 78-82g! So now I’m confused, at least one should have been lighter and I have no idea how one could have been lost. Then my wife figured it out. I dug the eggs out of the trash to confirm. Two of the eggs were stuck together and the one from the bottom went through its egg, then INTO the one stuck above it, then came out of that one!!

So I guess no twins, but at least I did not lose one in the house!
