How to attach photos?

I have been a member of this form for a couple of months now and still cant figure out how to post photos? Under my posting permissions it says that i am not allowed to post attachments. How can I change this?

I have some questions about my calico that I feel would be pretty redundant without providing pictures at the same time so getting this changes would help me A LOT.

Any help?

If you use mobile get the tapatalk app. You can add pics to your posts using that. If not, upload your pics to imgur and post the BBCode they give you for that image into the post here.
