My Normal has been in his hide the last few days he was busy Shedding and he looks Fabulous. First thing tonight he came out of his hideout plant on the cool side, I cleaning a little here and their and he's inspecting everything I did he has such a Cute Personality.  Seems to be pleased lol Hum now he's looking like were Is my Weekly Dinner.

I see you use aspen, I also use that stuff. I have been having trouble keeping humidity up in the tank. A friend said it was because that stuff sucks in all the water and humidity. How do you keep your up?

I love the Aspen and my Humidity stays ok but I live in the Oregon Rain Forest, Before I moved here I lived in the Desert part of Oregon and keeping proper Humidity so I added a moist moss hide when needed and I misted the tanks twice a day. I also read that the Cypress Bark holds water better than Aspen for Humidity Level.

Yeah, I just switched to cypress. My snake tho i think is now afraid to touch the ground…… lol

My lesser was afraid to touch the ground of his cage when I switched it over to bark. He'd climb on everything in his cage in order to not touch the stuff. After a day of him avoiding his hide I took him out and guided his head into the warm hide and it looked as if it suddenly clicked "Oh hey, this is nice." He's been fine since. Silly snakes.
