I would suggest leaving your new snake alone. Raise the humidity to the proper levels and your snake will shed the eye caps during it's next shed. Stressing out a snake that is already stressed over something that isn't even bothering it seems like a silly idea. The eye caps are probably bothering you more than they are bothering the snake.
Thanks and yeah I literally rescued this snake and got the horrible shed off and noticed the caps. I'm gonna leave him for a few days.

Leave it alone until it's next shed, not just a few days. If after it's next shed the eye caps still have not come off then you can intervene. When you see your snake going into shed, bump up the humidity to 60% or so, and the eye caps will 99% come off on their own.
