    swollen head?

I found out something looks weired on my female albino cinnamon while I was cleaning her tub.
Her head looks got swollen a little to me...like she has bumps on her each side of head.
I should check her everyday and hope it`s not a something serious health issue..
How does it look like to you? Have you even experienced with swollen head on ball python or any other snakes?

Looks normal to me. What you are seeing are the snake's jaw muscles. Some snakes are just a little more developed than others.

I'm not sure. Some pics make it look swollen and some look normal. You would know best since you know what it looks like normally.

I agree with KMG. You know what the snake normally looks like so you would know best if something is off. Some of those pictures do look a bit swollen to me while others look fairly normal. Unfortunately I haven't experienced anything like that before so I can't offer any advice.

Sometimes I would notice that the heads on mine would look just a bit swollen at the beginning of a shed cycle, but it wouldn't be every cycle or every snake.

Yup! They do swell a bit before they shed. This may be what's happening.

    Re: swollen head?

Mine sometimes gets a little puffy looking before a shed. That's what this looks like. Maybe keep an eye on her and make sure it doesn't get worse, but I think she's fine.

    Re: swollen head?

    I`ve just added more pictures.
She ate rat fuzzy today, and she`s doing good as usual.
I`m keeping my eyes on her head if it gets worse..
    Thanks for reply people~
