my ball python shed about a month ago and he is sheding agian already is that a good thing or bad, cause normally i feed him medium rats but i fed him baby rats this month,could that be why,i've heard that baby rats are more nutrious

Baby rats are actually less nutritious, as their bones are not fully developed and they are much more fatty. I would personally just go with prey items of the same girth as the thickest part of your snake.
And yeah, a shed once a month is normal.
