I'm getting an Enchi Possible Het. Pied male!!!

    I recently won an auction
    for this male Enchi 66%
    het. Piebald that is 225g
    and was produced from
    a (Stingerbee 100% het X
    100% het Piebald) pairing.
    I'm lividly excited for this
    as I've ALWAYS wanted an
    Enchi ball let alone possibly
    a Piebald maker..IMO I got
    an extremely good deal for
this boy if just an Enchi @
    80 shipped. Show of hands
    what does bp-net think of
the het markers and my boy
    in general? Would love critique!
I have a Mojave Spinner Paradox
    coming next Tuesday also that's
a baby boy rather than a bigger boy.

Honestly, not my first choice as an enchi. His color is his best feature, but way too many spots. Personally I like nice reduced enchis.

Though at the end of the day it only matters if you like him. I dont see pied markers either, but who knows! Hopefully he proves out for you.

Re: I'm getting an Enchi Possible Het. Pied male!!!

    I figured he wasn't top
of the line due to his
    spots and not as tight
    & reduced banding as
    others, but I really like
    him and really hope he
    proves out.. I'm trying
to think of what het pied
    female I should match
    him with.. Anyways I'll
    be able to produce my
    own Enchis with him &
    eventually select a very
    tightly banded & reduced
    Enchi.. for 80 shipped is
this guy a good deal IYO?

hey if you realy like him then yeah 80 dollar shipped is an good deal imo.

about what het. piebald girl to get i would say none, get a pastel piebald female. so if he proves out you'll have a shot at pastel enchi piebalds and if he doesnt prove out you get pastel enchi's het. piebald wich you can keep if it is an male and breed back to the pastel piebald female.

if you get an het. piebald female and the male does not prove out you gonna get a bunch of possible het. piebalds, i dont know about you but i myself would like to be sure that i would atleast be getting 100% hets. but that is just me.

I would have bought a quality Enchi

that was 100% Het Pied, if that is what you are going for. Possible Hets are not really a good way to go unless you have some Het or Possible Het females already grown, and the male PH is a high dollar animal. For instance, if you could get a GHI or Banana PH Pied for a steal, then yes, by all means. $80 shipped is cheap for any Ball, but remember, an auction is usually done because they could not sell the snake in an ad.

    Yeah a double combo with
the pied gene in there would
definitely be the way to go..
I should just slow down with
the snakes it hasn't even been
    6 months and I'll have 3 soon
    ahaha...Would be great to get
    a beautiful piebald female but
I really hope he does prove out.

Kind of feels dumb now wanting
a het female for a MAYBE male
lmfao.. wouldn't it be nice to try
    making an enchi piebald clown?
