    It's a prolapse. Make a paste of sugar and a little water and put it on the bump to help the swelling go down.

    Keep the humidity high in the enclosure and give access to lots of fresh water so he stays hydrated.

    Once it does go back in, feed smaller meals less frequently than normal for a while so his bowel movements are smaller, which will reduce the chance of it happening again.
