Buying 2 bp soon and need advice!

I'm getting 2 new bp! What size enclosure should I get? It will have a divider in there.

I got my last from here and it was great! What one do you suggest?

Depends on the size of the animals.

Of the ones you've listed, the largest one is the minimum I'd even consider for two adult ball pythons. Even then, I don't feel it would be enough space for an adult female ball when divided in half.

The Animal Plastics T8s, that many find to work well for adult BPs, are 48x24x12. They are greater than 100 square inches larger per snake (once divided in half) than the largest one offered in your link.

    For reference:
    • Vision 70 Tub = 595 square inches (adult female tub)
    • Animal Plastics T8 = 576 square inches (divided in half)
    • Dragons4You Largest Size = 470 squre inches (divided in half)
    • Vision 28 Tub = 368 square inches (adult male tub)

    Hope this helps!

Yes. The height would be ultimately up to you. The BPs don't necessarily need to take full advantage of the height, but having the height may make it easier for you to clean/etc inside their enclosures.

Maybe if you dont want to get appropriate sized enclosures than you should get 1 snake. You said "they can grow inside until adult". What are you going to do then? Buy another cage? Maybe you should buy 1 snake and 1 cage now then later buy #2. That way the snakes arent forced to be in a small space if you cannot afford a larger cage later.

Animal plastics t8 is a great enclosure I have one and I love it. If you are getting younger ball pythons you will just have to throw in some extra hides and im sure you wont have a problem.
