Normal? Posting for friend.

A friend of mine got this guy and is wondering if he's just a normal or not. I'm sure he is but never hurts to ask. They rescued him from someone and he had either belly rot or a burn on his belly. That got taken care of and now he has a scarred belly but otherwise is doing great. He is so much lighter than the other normals I have in comparison so he wanted me to ask you all. Check out the head stamp here is a horrible belly shot. It doesn't look the best still
