    Current prices

    Hey everyone!
I am currently selling my 5 year old female Mojave BP

I bought my mojave when she was 5 months old for 400 dollars and I recently had an email telling me I should sell her for 250 dollars

My question is, how much are mojaves worth?

    Thanks!

    Is she proven?

I don't know prices for adult females, but I know right now babies are somewhere around 100-200.00. Looks like proven breeders on ks are going for about 500.00. Unproven would be less, but at that size still worth more than a baby. So, 300-350 maybe?

LOL, to the sender of the email, right?

I would say $300 if unproven, $400-450 if proven, and a bit more if she produces large clutches.

It also depends on what she eats, a "mouser" is less desirable than a BP that will eat rats.

I got her she was 5 months old and he popped her right I front of me, I am pretty sure I still have the email receipt for her to show she is a female.

    Re: Current prices

People have been emailing me saying that will give me 45-150 dollars cash for her.
She is a proven female, she is a very good eater (loves the eat) haha and she has a medium rat once a week and weighs about 1800-2000 grams, I haven't got her weighed in awhile

By proven people mean proven breeder, in other word a female that has laid a clutch, not an animal proven to be a female.

    Sorry,
    Then she isn't proven

She was popped when I first got her and about 2 years ago I had some probe her to make sure it was a female.

Ok, you need a current weight, and $45-150 is insultingly low. $300 is fair, and if I were selling to someone who 1) is local, 2) I personally know provides a good home for their critters, 3) is dropping cash into my hand, and 4) I know isn't buying to flip, I could be talked down to $275.
