    there's no telling whether a pastel will brown out or not...it's mostly a game of chance. a good place to start would be to buy from a reputable breeder who are into line breeding bright pastels, but even then there's no 100% that the yellow will remain into adulthood.
    bumblebees are in your price range and very bright yellow at birth but not all remain that way. if you can spare more cash, some of the brighter pastel combos have one or more of the following: orange dream, enchi, fire, vanilla....
    1.0 pied
    0.1 spider het pied
    0.1 normal het pied
    1.0 pinstripe het albino
    0.1 albino
    0.3 normal het albino
    1.2 cinnamon
    0.1 lesser
    0.1 bumblebee
    0.1 pastel
    0.2 normal
