If you're going to have only one Ball Python, i'd suggest going PVC enclosure like Animal Plastics. It something that looks much better than a tub but very easy to maintain both humidity and heat.

Don't know any breeders, but I do have a lot of experience with a local reptile shop in Chatsworth called Exotic Life Fish & Reptiles. I've bought 3 BPs from there and all 3 were beautiful morphs in excellent health. You pay retail price, but I think it's worth it because you get quality animals. Good luck in your search!
Thanks! I've been wanting to check out their store. Reptile outpost closed down last Friday.. Not sure of the reason. I'm looking for a ball with bright yellow colors even as an adult. But my budget for the snake itself is around $100-$150 at most and it has to be a female.

Also is the exo terra that I mentioned earlier good for a bp? I heard that tubs are better at controlling humidity because it's plastic. I'll check out that PVC enclosure. Oh what about vision cages?

As far as food is concerned, do you get your feeder mice from them too? I don't think I can purchase more than what the snake will eat per week. I live with some folks and they don't like the idea of a frozen mice next to their meat lol.
